Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

• The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the subscription purchase.
• A valid and justifiable reason is provided, such as:
        - The service did not meet expected standards.
        - A technical issue was unresolved despite intervention from our support team.
• The user has not violated any clause of our Terms & Conditions or User Policy.

Please note: Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

• Services have already been fully utilized.
• Subscriptions that have been partially used beyond the trial period (if applicable).

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, kindly email support@totalsheet.app with the following details:

• Registered Email ID
• Payment Transaction ID
• Date of Purchase
• Reason for Refund Request

3. Refund Process

• Upon receipt, your refund request will be thoroughly reviewed.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
• The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 4–6 business days.
• Refunds are typically processed within 6 to 14 working days, depending on the complexity of the review process.
• An email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been initiated.

Note: Actual processing timelines may vary based on your payment provider or banking institution.
