At Utna Systems Pvt. Ltd., we value your trust and strive to deliver high-quality services through our TotalSheet software. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the subscription purchase.
  • A valid reason is provided, such as:
          - The service did not meet expectations.
          - A technical issue could not be resolved by our support team.
  • The user has not violated any of our Terms & Conditions or User Policy.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Services already utilized.
  • Partially used subscriptions beyond the trial period (if applicable).

2. How to Request a Refund

Please email your refund request to support@totalsheet.app with the following information:

  • Registered Email ID
  • Payment Transaction ID
  • Date of Purchase
  • Reason for Refund Request

3. Refund Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 6 to 14 working days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
  • Please note that processing times may vary based on your payment provider or bank.
